Mr. Titherington has a background in carpentry and comes from a family of home builders and entrepreneurs. We have the philosophy of beauty, quality and dependability that has kept us successful for over 30 years. Our company keeps looking for new ways to deliver projects efficiently and effectively in our great city. WT Construction began specializing in urban residential construction in dense and moderately dense areas not long after its formation. In 2003 the entire operation moved to Washington DC, to focus solely on projects inside the District of Columbia. Today, we are a mid-sized general contracting company with 24 full-time employees. Our strong team enables us to deliver the highest level of finishes, in an efficient timeline. By employing a dedicated full-time team, we can control outcomes, exceed expectations, and provide the necessary flexibility in each and every project. We also have a large family of reliable subcontractors that mobilize quickly to deliver when needed. With over 70 years of construction experience within our management team, we lead and teach our construction teams with professionalism and by example. Along the way, we have developed strong working relationships with some of DCs best architects, designers and have maintained a loyal base of clients. Over the years, this has afforded WT Construction the opportunity to work on numerous large complex and custom residential projects, while establishing a well-known reputation of excellence.
