The firm is primarily focused in the area of patent prosecution services including: patent application preparation, filing, searching, patentability opinions, and related patent services. The firm was founded by George V. Woodling and Bruce B. Krost with offices in the Union Commerce Building (now the Huntington Building) in Cleveland, Ohio.
