Answer: At Waverly Stone Gastropub, we are reinventing the gastro pub experience with fresh, globally-inspired plates and craft beer. In cooking up new dishes, we draw inspiration from pub fare and street food from around the world, and we bring it to our home, Holland. Owned by the Westerlund family, the new restaurant takes its name from the stone that covers the face of the building and a quarry located off Waverly Road that was active in the late 1800s and early 1900s. With several of the downtown buildings constructed using waverly stone, we see it as a way to celebrate Holland and its rich history.
