The mission of the WSCL is to promote youth development, confidence, leadership, health and public stewardship through mountain biking and positive outdoor experiences. We carry out our mission by: - Creating safe, accessible riding opportunities for students grades 6 through 12. - Creating an environment fostering a sense of community and belonging. - Creating an environment of camaraderie and responsibility through teamwork, stewardship, leadership and mentorship. - Encouraging healthy lifestyle habits through physical fitness and positive outdoor experiences. - Providing coaching and skills to help students achieve competitive and non-competitive goals in mountain biking.
