We have repeatedly demonstrated our ability to identify promising markets, and then take raw land or underutilized buildings that other investors ignored, and turn them into highly-valued and sought-after developments. Beyond being financially rewarding, these transformations provide significant benefits to the well-being of the people and communities we serve. We are not like most real estate developers or private equity firms. We don't manage a fund with outside investors, so we never need to exit our investments within a finite window of time, giving us the flexibility to pursue strategies and business plans that many other investors simply cant.
