Answer: In the Spring of 2016, John Cohen the founder of CLEC Solutions, Inc., decided to set up another company that would only sell Cloud Solutions. This includes Cloud based PBX Telephone systems. The goal was to focus on these newer technologies and distance ourselves from the legacy communications industry. Based on his industry experience and extremely tenacious personality; Twisted Telco was born. The cloud phone systems today offer a more robust solution than simply selling phone equipment and phone service. Todays cloud solutions provide businesses with tools needed to run their businesses more effectively. We are able to offer business customers full integration into their CRM. We are also able to provide any business with additional software modules that were not available with traditional phone systems. Each one of these modules added increases the monthly revenue per customer. We have truly transitioned from selling on price, to selling on solution. The transition happening today with business telephone systems is similar to what occurred in 2007 with the introduction of the iPhone. We are now easily able to offer valued added applications or applications such as analytics and call recording that increase monthly revenue. The customer applications make the customer stickier and less likely to churn out for price.
