With the introduction of Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, Leadership Competency Modeling and so much more, we are still applying a masculine approach to team what are more feminine qualities. Its no surprise that we have MORE disengagement amongst team members now despite the exponential increase in leadership development companies, theories and dollars spent. The entire approach to introduce new ideas into what it means to be a leader have failed, because the system they are implemented into, is and has been in a rapid free fall for several decades.
