We are a partnership of 34 consultants, and we employ around 20 associate consultant specialists and 100 staff. The needs of our patients come first, always. Before a group of doctors set up the MSG in 1992, most patients who needed specialist examination or treatment had to travel to the UK. Today we provide an extensive range of services at no direct cost to patients under our contract with the States of Guernseys Committee for Health and Social Care. We also offer private healthcare and additional paid-for services such as executive health screening or cosmetic surgery. Our consultants and staff all live locally and immerse themselves in various aspects of island life outside their professional commitments whether that be socially, in sport or undertaking charitable activities.
