Answer: Born and raised in Seattle, My first first job was as a dishwasher and then Spud Peeler. I worked as a stagehand out of high school and became a journeyman with the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) Local #15 and still hold my card. It was Vietnam draft time, so I enlisted in the Navy, and became an electrician and diver. Thanks to those great old GI Bill benefits I managed to get into the UW and then law school at The Northwestern School of Law. I was still working as a stagehand and serving my union union as business rep and president. Well, working 8am to midnight when marriage and children came along just didn't cut it, so we got out of show business, wait, what? Yup. Moved to Kitsap and hung up the shingle. My peers have always come to me for help for some reason, so it was natural to do worker's comp. I'm a blue collar worker and a blue collar lawyer, not afraid to get my hands dirty. I am at my best representing workers stuck in the system. I stand with my working brothers and sisters in arms and am proud to wear jeans. I call my own shots and do my best to keep clients away from the BS that can swirl around the world of litigation. "What? And give up show business?" No way, I am active in local community theatre and love every minute of it. I am blessed with a great staff and a wonderful wife of 35 years. Thanks for listening.
