The goal of the type program being offered at the The Joseph Sams School is to support and educate individuals who will be productive members of society and who will experience greater independence in their lives. Each year the school has expanded its enrollment in order to meet the needs of the families requesting admission to the program. In 1992, the school responded to the request of parents and offered a full day programs for the first time in order that these childrens educational and therapeutic needs be better met.
