The school is dedicated to providing instruction, guidance and encouragement for children, adults, ages five and up who are striving to reach their highest level of technical, physical, spiritual, creative, and emotional potential through the study of visual arts. The school values the diversity of it's population, including, but not limited to gender, creed, social status or race. Our work is deeply rooted in service to the community. As a National Guild member, The Baum School of Art is committed to making arts education accessible to all and have been members since 1977. The Baum School of Art receives state arts funding through a grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
