Answer: The Baton Exchange is a nonprofit organization that equips young adults to integrate their faith, leadership and vocation in the global marketplace for Christ. Our three main programs include the Leader Incubator Fellows Program, mentoring program and online learning videos. The Leader Incubator is an intensive leadership gap year program for young adults age 21-31, located in Columbus, Ohio. This program involves learning about how to become an effective influence at work and in the community, serving at nonprofit placements, and networking with 120-150 leaders in a variety of industries over the course of the program year. The mentoring program pairs young adults with personal mentors in their field to grow spiritually and professionally. Almost 60 mentor matches have been made across the country. Our online learning videos include interviews with leaders in 40 occupations in topics such as calling and career, sharing your faith in the workplace, character and competency, among more. These videos work especially well for individuals, universities, churches, campus ministries, and marketplace ministries.
