Answer: The Telegraph Business Improvement District (TBID) is an independent nonprofit organization, funded by Telegraph Property Owners and other sources, focused on creating a welcoming, vibrant and prosperous district. Our services include cleaning, hospitality, outreach, beautification by a team of Telegraph Ambassadors. Our Economic Enhancement Services include marketing, communications, event and business support. We represent property owners, their merchant and business tenants, as well as residents, street artists and students. The TBID was originally formed in 1989. In January 2018 the TBID expanded its District to twice the area, passed by over 70% of the District Representatives. We focus on key strategic issues in the District ranging from clean and safe to events and public art.
