We are focused on premium proteins from both land and ocean alike. Our Black Angus Cows and Heritage Jacob Sheep are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished in Green Valley. Our Heritage Mulefoot Pigs are pasture-raised and coddled by a comfortable deep-bedded litter system in a converted dairy barn in Napa County, CA. Our chickens and eggs are pasture-raised in state-of-the-art coops in Green Valley. We fish from Monterey, CA all the way up to Sitka, AK. We specialize in Wild King Salmon, Wild Coho Salmon, Wild Spot Prawns, Wild Pacific Halibut and Wild Dungeness crab. All of our seafood is hand-caught using both hook and line gear as well as small, individual bottom traps. Most of our seafood is also Sashimi-Grade, which means that it's safe to eat raw. We operate thriving stands at several Bay Area Farmers Markets each weekend and are focused on growing our retail presence at our headquarters in Green Valley. We're also launching a new online division, a catering division, an events division, a magnificent Field & Sea-to-Table restaurant in Green Valley and a magical waterfront gathering space at Pier 47 in San Francisco.
