Answer: SGA ENGINEERS has experience in all aspects of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm/suppression, and technology engineering design. We provide our services through several avenues of delivery, ranging from the typical design-bid-build approach to integrated lean project delivery, design-assist, construction manager at risk, and design-build. We enjoy designing advanced solutions that are not only practical for the client but thoughtful of the environment. Our designs include several green building principles throughout our projects. We focus on the built environment and strive to reduce our carbon footprint in every design. The experience we've gained in the healthcare market has pushed us to include infectious disease mitigation countermeasures in all of our designs. Through this experience, we include primary and secondary layers to our approach to airborne and waterborne disease mitigation. Our team utilizes the newest versions of state-of-the-art CAD and BIM software to create highly detailed MEPFT systems designs that enhance coordination with the site, building structure, and architecture, and minimize construction inefficiencies. We carry professional engineering licensure in several states and are registered with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). We also have LEED accredited professionals registered with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). In addition, we have certified Building Commissioning Design Professionals (BCxP) listed by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
