Starting from the construction of mini-gene, scFv, Fab, nanobody, and cDNA libraries, Rx Biosciences performs the screening using cutting-edge techniques such as flow cytometry, cell sorting by FACS followed by NGS on Illumina MiSeq platform. Lead candidate proteins are expressed & purified by FPLC/HPLC. Further in vitro and in vivo validation for binding is performed by Biacore and mammalian cell culture in a BSL 2 facility respectively. We perform advanced studies for the stability and protein structure determination by circular dichroism, and NMR.
