Answer: At RJA Associates, we provide professional services for municipal, governmental, commercial and school bus fleets who are interested in deploying aftermarket fleet technology to enhance safety, security and productivity across their fleet. Weve installed fleet technology products on hundreds of thousands of vehicles such as passenger cars, commercial vans, pickup trucks, municipal snow plows, dump trucks, garbage trucks, off-road construction equipment, school buses and Class 8 trucks. We developed our own web-based tool and mobile app to help manage and enhance installation projects. The Mobile App and Database are a valuable addition to RJAs services. They were developed to solve issues related to up-to-date project status on installation projects of all sizes. Moreover, weve minimized data entry errors at the time of install by capturing the most important information via barcode scanning. Our installation team: Mobile Electronics Certification Program trained and certified. Some are Master certified and have helped write test questions and study guides for MECP. Many are also ASE or prior ASE certified All have at least 15 years experience installing various 12-volt equipment into various types of vehicles. All understand the importance of tracking the needed installation data for clients. Present a professional demeanor and appearance. Work directly with site contacts to minimize disruption to client operations. Are trained on the specific product being installed, and have contacts for support in the event that a device isnt communicating or working properly after being installed correctly. Each install is tested and logged as completed, ensuring that the device functions as designed before leaving a vehicle. Remove all waste/trash after each install is completed. Will leave a tidy and clean install and keep areas that mechanics might need to access regularly clear of equipment or wiring.
