Ric Wanetik and David Hagans formed Ricochet to help nonprofit organizations face increasing challenges: accountability with growth; changes in mission; leadership transitions; the need for new funding sources; and the desire for distinct and clear message communication. He is now using his lifelong passion and participation in theater, especially Broadway to found a company responding to the needs of the investor-leads, investors, co-producers and lead producers capitalizing Broadway shows every year.
