Answer: ROEN Beauty was Co-founded by beauty devotee and clean beauty advocate Tiffany Thurston Scott in the heart of Los Angeles. After collaborating with world renowned fashion photographer David Roemer on ROENs first campaign shoot, David joined ROEN as Co-Founder and Creative Director. Mindful of the makeup artistry she so admired, Tiffany wanted artistry to be at the heart of the brand and after working with various makeup artists she eventually met Global Celebrity Make-up Artist Kate Synnott whose keen knowledge of makeup and product innovation created a synergy among the three of them. Soon after, Kate became ROEN's Beauty Creative Director. Our CEO, Tiffany grew up in the mountainous state of Utah, where she developed an exceptional appreciation for nature and holistic living. After moving to the coast of Southern California to pursue her academic studies, Tiffany found that beyond her love for living on the Pacific Coast, she was beginning to develop a passion for the glamour and allure that was woven into Angeleno culture. Always enjoying testing and playing with various cosmetics, it wasnt long until Tiffany realized that most of her favorite iconic brands were formulated with harmful ingredients. As she continued to educate herself, she discovered there was a real need for luxe, high performing cosmetics that also serve those who are mindful of harmful ingredients and ethical practices. Tiffany immersed herself in the world of clean beauty, researching ingredients and collaborating with talented makeup artists who also share this philosophy.
