Answer: My name is Ally. I am a mom and a coach with education and experience in natural health, mentorship, relationship building, and business management. I hold a combined 13 years of professional experience specializing in holistic personal and professional development. Ive worked with clients within major consulting organizations, technology start ups, and creative entrepreneurs - individuals ranging from executives to millennials with a broad range of medical diagnosis and a variety of personal and professional goals. I work with clients to learn to properly care for themselves and to reintegrate their mind-body-spirit connection. I educate my clients on the importance of focus on the foundations of health and implementing practical strategies to ease into healthier and more holistic living. Often clients find they have more energy, an increase vitality for life, and report a significant improvement in a broad range of symptoms including anxiety and depression, skin issues, GI problems, weight loss, and a reduction in fungal, bacterial, and viral infections. Additionally, I hold a BA in Philosophy, an MBA in Human Resource Management and am a certified DiSC trainer, a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher, and a certified Yoga Therapist with the Yoga Alliance. I am a Board Certified Heath Coach with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and am currently mentoring with a world renowned Master Herbalist. I plan to further my studies in the field of Naturopathic Medicine, Bach Flowers, and Iridology.
