Our founders are dedicated and inspired members of the fitness community not to flex (pun intended) but our CEO was a Men's National Team member and three-time National Champion in rugby, while our COO is the proud owner of an LA-based fitness studio. This experience gave us certain realizations about fitness that came to be undeniable truths: people value exercise and wellness but are frustrated by the overwhelming volume of options and trends that never really help them reach their goal. Point is the center of your fitness routine combining the data from your wearable and analysis on your performance to create a custom fitness routine bringing together all the pieces of your wellness life. By making a personalized fitness routine based on your biometric data, we completely reject the idea that health and fitness is one size fits all.
