PCI was created in response to employer frustrations with lack of participation in high quality benefits such as 401(k) plans. PCIs founders were confident that more employees would participate if they simply realized the value of the programs and benefits to them personally, by gaining an understanding based on their own individual situation. They were right. As a result, PCI has grown dramatically, serving clients with up to 30,000 employees spread over as many as 30 states. Regardless of company size, PCI employs its proprietary Communications Management System (CMS) to meet one-on-one with each employee in the manner that best suits each employers culture, organizational structure and business practices. Originally, PCI offered engagement communications in a package that included Voluntary Benefits.
