Rarely is a computer beyond repair, but that's not what they would have you believe. If you are in the market for a new computer, that's an entirely different thing, but if you need your computer to last for years to come, I am the person to call. I believe, going into it, that everything can be repaired. So if I say you need a different part, it may not need to be new. I have 35 years working in retail, I know what service is - the service that used to be exclusive to the TV repair man. In a lot of ways my job is the same as the old TV repair man.
