The magazine is distributed to co-op members and the general public alike, and is available by subscription. We have over 351,000 subscribers and over 850,000 monthly readers. Most of our subscribers reside in Oklahoma, but we have readers scattered across the United States. We strive to produce a top-quality publication for you, our readers, and we thank you all for your continued support. For nearly 65 years, Oklahoma Living has served Oklahoma's rural electric cooperative members by supplying information about their local electric co-ops, affordable electricity, and Oklahoma's rural lifestyle. As our readers have evolved, so have we. Oklahoma Living has since become more interactive, colorful and diverse while still keeping a firm grasp on our co-op roots and maintaining our rural American charm. Through the years, the publication has expanded to a full-color, 10" x 12", 36-page (on average) magazine. Our readership has grown to over 650,000 making us the largest monthly publication in Oklahoma; and in July 1992, in an attempt to stress "livability" rather than "agriculture" as an ongoing topic of the publication, we changed our name from Oklahoma Rural News to Oklahoma Living.
