Norman Frede has practiced this basic business philosophy ever since establishing his Dealership in 1968 with a vision to become "the best and biggest Chevrolet Dealer in the Gulf Coast area." Seeing the growth-taking place in Clear Lake, in 1971 he moved the business to its present location on Bay Area Blvd. He states, "It is a business with terrific potential, but you have to do it right. Norman Frede is one of the few Dealers left that have not sold to a corporation or one of the many Dealer Groups.
