The company is owned by its Investment Advisor Representatives and staff, and no shareholder owns more than 10 percent of the company. The Board of Directors is made up of five Office of Jurisdictions ("OSJs"), and all committees within NEXT are run by NEXT Investment Advisor Representatives.
