Answer: The New Space Race is On. Founded in 2018, Moon Mark creates and captures the adventures of young explorers from across the nation who compete to make history by designing, building and racing vehicles on the Moon. In 2021, Houston-based aerospace company, Intuitive Machines will launch their first Nova-C Lunar Lander on SpaceXs Falcon 9 rocket from the Earth to the Moon. In 2022, IM will launch again to the Moon's south pole carrying our uniquely designed lunar vehicles. The world will be watching as the entire journey plays out the intense competition, authentic stories of triumph, heartbreak, excitement and suspense. And the most historical moment of all the race itself, as two vehicles remotely race against each other on the Moons harsh terrain. Peerless Partnership. Intuitive Machines depth of technical successes in aerospace, autonomous systems and human space flight, and their leadership in space commercialization, ensures Moon Marks mission is successful. In May 2019, NASA awarded Intuitive Machines the first mission task order to launch its Nova-C Lunar Lander to the Moon, carrying scientific payloads. The NASA payload delivery service is part of the first NASA Commercial Lunar Payload Services (CLPS) program mission to the Moon. These deliveries and subsequent experiments will help NASA, and commercial partners such as Moon Mark, gather important data and demonstrate critical technologies needed for future human exploration.
