Monte Azul has three main programs. 1. The Academy of Sustainable Agriculture and Innovation - our Agricultural workforce training program for new and seasoned farmers. We have an 8 week Agricultural Entrepreneurship 101 course, followed by a mentorship, incubator and accelerator program. 2. Energy Justice - fomenting the development of solar plus storage microgrids and renewable energy solutions for farms in rural areas to promote energy security. 3. Academic Immersion Program - collaborating with higher education to create unique experiential learning opportunities in Puerto Rico.
