Our Three Step Process 1. MTP Account Executives work with clients to review existing infrastructure and requests to identify current issues, pain points, and determine their goals and needs. We call this step Discovery. 2. MTP AEs and Engineers review the discovery to design solutions for products and services that meet the clients goals and needs. We offer two or more solutions while addressing many considerations such as cost effectiveness and feasibility. We call this step Design. Planning & Proposal. 3. "Onboarding and Implementation". We work together with our clients to execute the process as seamlessly as possible with little to no impact in the production environment.
