From hosting on-site fitness classes and workshops to managing health fairs, we know how to keep your employees healthy. What is holistic wellness? At Lucid Vitality, we believe that a holistic wellness program has to be built upon a foundation, which includes: mental wellness, physical health, and nutrition. We build our programs with these three principles in mind, so our services include: meditation clinics for stress relief, TuiNa for pain management, nutrition guidance for healthy eating habits, strength training and cardio classes, among many other services. Do you work one-on-one with clients? Absolutely! We have been working with clients to design health coaching programs for several years now. We also host outdoor classes, meditation clinics and massage therapy appointments. How does it work? Our services and packages will vary depending on our clients' needs. If we're working with a corporate client or small business we would recommend a different range of services than we would if we were working with an individual client. But generally, we create pricing packages with a selection of classes and workshops for employers to choose from when designing their own office wellness program. We also run group fitness and meditation classes from our beautiful studio in downtown Martinez. What about youth fitness? We also work with schools around the bay area who want to take an innovative approach to physical education. The basic martial arts movements and activities in our Kung Fu and Tai Chi classes help students build strong foundations in motor skills, concentration, self confidence, endurance, and coordination.
