LFI offers practical processes, services, imaginative solutions resulting in ecological land-use planning, landscape architecture, participatory design with multiple, systemically linked, interactive, community and school programs, which also function as community and economic development for area, resulting in sustainable transformation. LFI has a range of experience developing large master plans, reconnecting communities and resources, such as underground creeks and watersheds, creating plans for civic centers, parks, schoolyards, public housing, watersheds. Each pragmatic, systemic design incorporates local resources and creative ideas based on site and situation, meaningful opportunities for community to participate in processes of planning, design, learning, and transformation - all geared towards sustainability, community revitalization, and expanded consciousness of humans. A Goal is to develop Branch Living Living Library & Think Parks in diverse parts of the world, linked through Green-Powered Digital Gateways - multifunctional, sculptural elements in the landscape that bring water forth as needed, showcase local resources through digital displays, and support live, interactive broadcast between Branches - creating opportunities to share commonalities and diversities of cultures and ecologies - near and far.
