In todays heightened movements around women and the workplace she founded the non-profit Savant Women of Change. Founder, Gloria Bailey- Ray holds an Associate Degree of Registered Nursing (ADRN), Bachelor of Arts in Humanities (with an emphasis in gender and law) and a Master of Public Administration from the University of San Francisco. Instinctively people know that Gloria cares about them, and that her caring is genuine. They get it. They feel it. They never doubt it. She does not give up on people. No matter how much they struggle, I keep believing that they will find a way to move forward, and to improve. I am intrigued by "the process"--the process of other people's learning and growth.
