Evidence Based: Research has demonstrated these practices improve school performance, including higher grade point average (GPA) and higher grades in reading, math, and science, as well as reduce behavioral problems. Easy to Implement: Teachers press 'play' each day and listen along with students to the 10-minute (5 minute for pre-K -K) audio-guided recording from a series of 180 practices to match the typical school year, available in English or Spanish. Curriculum Neutral: The program can be used during normal transition times (after recess, before lunch or between 2 subjects).
