The scope of our work typically includes construction of office, religious, educational, industrial and retail projects, as well as a variety of exterior and interior remodels and renovations. We have also completed a number of high end custom residential projects. A large percentage of our work is delivered using negotiated, guaranteed maximum price contracts (GMP), where our early involvement with the design team and value engineering work are essential components of our responsibilities.
