Answer: Human:kind Nutrition Therapy was founded by Molly K. Biehl, RD, CDE. Molly is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified diabetes educator. She graduated from Drexel University in 2012, and completed the clinical portion of her dietetic internship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She has been a practicing dietitian since 2013, and has provided nutrition education to thousands of patients with a variety of medical and nutrition needs. Molly is also a lifelong type 1 diabetic, and has used the positive and negative experiences she has had as a patient to develop her unique counseling style that is empathy-focused, compassionate, and free of any judgement or blame. She believes that nutrition education is most well-received when it is provided by a practitioner who is kind, enthusiastic about the material, and adaptive to the communication style of the patient. She strives to meet each patient where they're at, and approaches each case differently in order to best meet the needs of every individual in her care.
