We work very hard to ensure each clients complete satisfaction by delivering projects of uncompromising quality and implementing a project management process that puts particular emphasis on cost control and scheduling and the relationship between the two. Establishing strong teamwork between the architect, owner, and FMA early on and maintaining it throughout the project is absolutely essential. DIRECT ATTENTION FROM PRINCIPALS We have intentionally remained small enough that each project we take on receives direct attention from the principals, giving every project the benefit of our experience and expertise. Additionally, all of our projects receive a project manager and a dedicated project superintendent. PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPROACH Our construction team, in partnership with the architect and owner is able to continually monitor, assess, and meet quality, schedule, and cost objectives using in-house project management tools that have been developed and refined as we have built over 200 high-end residential projects. We excel at identifying project constraints and challenges, and quickly finding solutions.
