Anne Forbes, John Hever and Kerry Wallace wanted to give employees a company in which they could grow and enjoy stability while having a true partnership with their manufacturer partners. As manufacturer's representatives it our role to "be the factory" to our clients. Our clients are restaurant supply companies, foodservice design / planners (aka: consultants), independent and chain restaurants, K-12 school child nutrition programs, colleges & universities, healthcare, communities serving the ageing, grocery store chains, convenience store chains, B & I, hospitality and lodging, corrections, food trucks, and non-traditional foodservice operations. With our love of food, our corporate chef, a culinary videographer, a culinary lab and a mobile culinary lab we are uniquely capable of providing foodservice operators and their staff resources to choose the right kitchen equipment, kitchen tools, bar equipment, bar supplies, food safety tools, and furniture. We even help them choose who can provide the service and price to meet their individual needs. We can help with recipe implementation, staff training, post sale preventive maintenance assistance, research and development assistance and act as a liaison between manufacturer and supplier thereby removing time and cost hurdles for the end user client.
