In 2016 we launched our on-site Workplace Wellness programs bringing our experienced and certified coaches directly to Arizona's top organizations with wellness classes designed to improve productivity, morale, and teamwork while reducing costs. Examples of classes include: yoga, pilates, fitness bootcamps, interval training, cooking and blending classes, safety training, and nutrition coaching. We've been partnering since 2010 with Arizona's luxury housing communities to offer on-site personal training and group fitness classes in Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Phoenix.
