Answer: Ensitu Engineering Inc. was founded in 1998 by John Yaroslaski to design unique onsite and domestic wastewater treatment solutions for residential and commercial clients with unique onsite wastewater treatment and disposal issues resulting in complicated and unique engineering solutions. Ensitu focuses on solving difficult on-site wastewater and stormwater treatment problems for clients with specialized needs. Our engineers have designed wastewater systems including (but not limited to) on-site wastewater systems, septic systems, advanced wastewater treatment systems, Title 22 reclaimed wastewater systems, wastewater systems for developments, home owner associations, and winery waste. Most of the systems are for on-site, septic, residential, beachfront, and commercial clients on the central coast of California. These custom installations are engineered to maximize land use, efficiency & longevity. In addition to the design and implementation of wastewater systems for clients, John is also involved a member of the Malibu Wastewater Advisory Committee (WACO), an instructor at Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, and writing wastewater regulations for Santa Barbara County
