Answer: We provide professional license defense to physicians, nurses, dentists and other professionals before their state boards and licensing agencies in Kentucky and Ohio. After engaging in medical and professional license defense for years with the law firm of Valenti Hanley & Robinson, PLLC, my partner, Chad Elder and I decided to start our own law firm dedicated solely to defending medical and professional licenses. At one time, Chad was an attorney for the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure while I defended the licenses of physicians brought before the Board. Eventually, Chad and I began practicing together in order to provide our clients with the experiences, skills and perspectives of both sides of a Board action. We were both felony prosecutors early in our legal careers, which gave us strong litigation and negotiation skills to defend our clients and obtain the best results possible.
