Unlike most kids who spent their childhood breaking windows, Tim spent his repairing them. In 2012, his oldest son Austin joined the company and manages the accounting and marketing operations. The Company is a family owned company that has withstood the test of time and accordingly, treat employees like family and don't cut corners to make an extra buck. The Commercial Glazing Department is fully staffed with an Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Engineer which allows it to tackle large multi-family new construction projects or small storefront packages in existing retail space.
