Digital Building Services looks to continue and strengthen their relationships with the A/E/C community and provide existing condition documentation as a newly formed Minority Business Enterprise. DBS will provide laser scanning, Revit and CAD modeling, BIM Coordination services, as well as project photography and construction monitoring. It has always been a goal of his after working with less experienced firms to form a company and manage it to fulfill the unique needs of each individual client. Spearheading the business development of DBS will be his longtime colleague, Lance Olsen. Jose and Lance worked together in the aviation industry from 2005-2016 and built an impressive resume of complex BHS and aviation facility projects across North America. Also, they have scanned and modeled several hotels, schools, theme parks, and other projects where high detail and high accuracy are a must.
