We provide in-depth case planning and technical consultation on complicated combination cases. Our appliances are made from the highest quality FDA compliant materials and are produced in Farmington, MN, USA as we have for nearly 40 years. We provide daily pickup and delivery service and same day repair services. Each case is processed through our Shipping and Receiving Department where the contents are inventoried, disinfected, scheduled, and monitored with a unique pan number and bar code. Quality Control evaluation is performed on each case as it moves through the process. Final Quality Control is performed when the case is complete. The service you will receive with Dexterity is beyond compare. We believe that individual case communication and responsiveness are crucial in our business. We take the initiative to clarify any case ambiguity at the start in order to ensure desirable results. We also conduct annual reviews with each of our clients, clarifying what the doctor expects and how we can work together to improve. We offer a 2-year warranty on all C&B, and Ceramic Restorations, Full Dentures, Partial Dentures, and Flexible Partial Appliances. But, better than our warranty, we believe in doing what is right.
