Answer: DeltaQuest Foundation, Inc., is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) outcome research organization based in Concord, Massachusetts, USA. Founded in 1999, its mission is to implement and facilitate innovative quality-of-life (QOL) research on medically ill patient populations. This is an internationally recognized organization that has been leading the field in innovation and quality-of-life research. Our activities include international grant- and contract-funded quality-of-life research on chronic and terminal diseases.
