History of DREIA In October 1996, the Dade Real Estate Investors Association was formed in Miami to provide a forum where investors and vendors could network, educate one another with the help of local and national speakers. The founders also wanted members to find a nurturing and friendly atmosphere within the club. Thus was born the club motto: Learn, Earn, and Party with a Purpose. This philosophy has helped us become the largest investment club in South Florida. It was not our intent to become the biggest club, just the best club. All club profits are used to pay for our meetings, newsletter, website, special events, holiday party, member benefits and general operating expenses.
