Answer: Crown Capital Group, Inc. is an Orlando, Florida based privately held commercial mortgage banking company with over 25 years experience. Our primary business is providing real estate financing solutions to meet our customers needs. We offer financing for a wide variety of property types which includes manufactured home communities, RV resort communities, office buildings, shopping centers (anchored or unanchored), freestanding credit leased properties, industrial buildings, hotels, selfstorage, parking structures and apartment complexes. The financing provided for our customers is sourced through a broad spectrum of institutional lenders including life insurance companies, CMBS/Conduit lenders, FNMA DUS programs, Freddie Mac, pension funds, credit companies, commercial banks and credit unions. Most of our energies are focused on offering long term fixed rate nonrecourse loans but we also provide interim/bridge loans, mezzanine debt, miniperms and structured finance solutions. Our preferred minimum loan size is $3 million with no maximum amount. Our firm focuses its origination efforts in Florida, but through technological advancements we are able to support our clients financing needs across the country. Our customer base ranges from the experienced individual investor who may own one or two properties to the large institutional/REIT/Private Equity type investor that has substantial portfolio holdings throughout the U.S. We pride ourselves in taking a hands on approach by being proactive during the entire loan process from initial underwriting to application, closing and post closing. We do as much of the heavy lifting as possible so our customers can focus on their main business activities.
