Answer: Conscious Data Centers (CDC) builds, manages and operates green data centers utilizing patented technology that can improve energy efficiency and lower PUE of existing data centers, as well as, of new developments. CDCs management team has deep expertise in data center design and operations reflecting several decades of experience with leading networking and global technology firms. Conscious Data Centers is a 3.5.7.11 company. CDC currently operates an 5 megawatt, 50 thousand square foot secure carrier-neutral data center offering colocation and managed services located in the Sacramento metro area of California. Originally built as an enterprise data center by three major corporations in 1999, it has been transformed under CDCs ownership to accommodate power densities of up to ~1,000 W/sf with features rivaling those of the industrys leading players, in line with the requirements of Tier 3 colocation data centers offering: redundant site infrastructure, multiple independent bandwidth paths, redundant power feeds, N+1 power plant configuration, 24x7x365 on-site security, monitoring, customer support, and service level guarantees at or exceeding 99.999%. In addition, the data center site offers customers compelling physical advantages including operating on the local power utilitys emergency grid, and being designated as major fiber node. Patented cooling technology employed by CDC reduces this data centers PUE from 2.0+ to under 1.05. CDC is actively seeking to acquire data centers, as part of a roll-up strategy to expand its data center portfolio. CDC is particularly interested in enterprise data centers and can offer a range of structures and/or migration paths for corporate owners as they consider divestiture, colocation, cloud migration, etc., to meet their evolving needs. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with interested or simply curious parties.
