Answer: WHO WE ARE. COC is a leading project manager for the aftermarket support of F-5, T-38, F-16, A-37/T-37, F-15, F-18 and C-130 series aircraft. COC utilizes a network of exclusively OEM authorized partners to address critical supply chain gaps inherent to aging defense platforms. We specialize in providing complex life extension and sustainment solutions including aero-structures, flight control components, landing gear reconstruction, modernization packages and periodic maintenance kits to the same customer based we established so many decades ago. THE CUSTOMER PROBLEM WE SOLVE. The OEM aircraft business model identifies the operational life span of the fleets they manufacture and establishes respective time lines for phasing out support as a particular platform nears the end of its projected service life. In the case of several military fighters, trainers and older model C-130s, foreign militaries continue to operate them beyond their originally anticipated service lives. This creates a long term supply chain deficit for end users owing to diminished OEM support. COC exists to address that supply chain gap. OUR VALUE ADDED. With decades of technical program management experience and a network of high quality aerospace manufacturing partners, we are able to supply most parts for the aircraft we support. Over the course of many years of established end user relationships and successful contracts, our customers have come to rely on us to aide them in assessing their respective fleets impending operational challenges and devising a plan within time and budget constraints. WHY LINKED IN? If we do this right, all content roads should lead back to addressing our Customers' pain points as they relate to legacy platform sustainment. So stay tuned and we welcome all feed back!
