Answer: Our Physicians and Our Community: The Chinese Community Accountable Care Organization (CCACO) is a community-based accountable care organization. CCACO is a physician-owned and operated accountable care organization. We are composed of more than 200 doctors, the majority of whom have practiced medicine for over 10 years. CCACO has over 100 primary care physicians, as well as specialist physicians in the areas of cardiology, gastroenterology, otolaryngology, endocrinology, gynecology/obstetrics, pediatrics, etc. The Board of Directors that leads the organization is composed of 11 esteemed physicians, each of whom is recognized within the community as an expert in his particular area of practice. CCACO will serve 12,000 Medicare Fee-for-Service beneficiaries in the Chinese communities in Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn.
