In that climate, two special education professionals and pioneers in this field, Susan Buckler and Jamey Wolff, created the Childrens Annex with just two students in a church basement in Woodstock, New York. Decades later, Center for Spectrum Services is considered a model school and is highly regarded for fostering the potential of each child by using research-based educational practices.
